Is it true Mrs Merkel?

Lately, in Internet is circulated the following list that concerns spurious actions of Mrs Merkel and former German governmental officials. In particular, it refers to "unknown" interactions of Merkel's office and Greek politicians, organizations or other parties. Here is an unofficial translation (from Greek):

1. It is true Mrs Merkel that from June 1998 to date, the German chancellor oversee, promote and guide both the collection and the ¨legalization” of illegal fees for all the politicians of both individual governments and opposition parties in countries such as Greece , Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia and Romania?
2. It is true that a percentage of 15% of the total collected supplies is flowing in the secret accounts of CSU and then is distributed to other German parties, thus ensuring the funding of undercover operations?
3. It is true that the beginning of this investment fund of political fraud was on 06 June 1998 with the receipt, in Berlin, of a package of bonds worth U.S. $ 80 million, sent by a Greek party (side-payments from the program of the Dutch frigates) and received by representatives of German state services, a German central bank and a French bank?
4. Is it true Mrs Merkel that in return of the pension bonds offered to these corrupted politicians, you persuaded them to always take decisions according to the appetites and interests of the German government?
5. It is true that from the same funds 2 million D. Marks were received by your predecessor Helmut Kohl?
6. Is it true Mrs. Merkel, that the April 2009 allegations for the same issue were made in the European anti-fraud office (OLAF), which the German director of office (according to the commands of your Government) buried them?
7. It is true that at the same time the Prosecutor in Berlin on the same topic filed a fully documented lawsuit, which your government buried after the German saying “where there is no complaint ... there and judge”?
8. Is it true Mrs. Merkel that you, as president of the Christian Democratic party, and your predecessors in the same office Mr.Kohl and Mr. Schäuble, always failed to comply with German laws governing the financing of political parties in Germany? Or maybe did you declare to the officers of the House 18 million D. Marks that transferred in suitcases by a notary in Munich from two industries, in order to finance the election campaign of your party, through a specific advertising firm?
9. Is it true Mrs. Merkel that in February 2006 you blackmailed the Greek Prime Minister, in order to bury the case of “eavesdropping” (with the involvement of Vodaphone)?
10. Is it true Mrs. Merkel that from October 2002 the German secret services helped Greek citizens who lived in Dresden as tourists and were members of the 17N terrorist organization (responsible for the funding of the organization) as well as top members of the Greek underworld?Did you let them receive a check worth 5.7 million euros and then hide them in the city of Sousse, Tunisia until the case was forgotten? Are these people working now in Greece for the German services? Why didn't you give any information to the Greek anti-terrorist service?
11. Is it true Mrs. Merkel that a German official in 2007 you forced a leader of a Greek left political party, with the threat that you will publish details of his personal life, in order to give up a new candidacy for the leadership of the party?
12. Is it true Mrs. Merkel that three Greek parties were funded this year with 16.4 million euros from your government, through your secret funds?
13. Is it true Mrs. Merkel that there is anticipation and planning of a military cover and protection of German citizens acting on behalf of your government in Greece?Did the fourth office (GNTA) of the German army assume a headquarters in Camp Falkenstain, near the city of Koblenz, operational planning of a NATO police-army intervention in Greece?
14. Is it true Mrs. Merkel that your government devised, funded and supported the action of the government in Skopje (FYROM) at the Hague court?
15. Is it true Mrs.Merkel that in discussions with representatives of two countries, you predicted that in the near future some areas of Western Thrace and a belt around Florina will become independent, in order to provide protection to the minorities living there?
16.  Is it true Mrs. Merkel that members of the Greek government have requested you, in the fear of future persecution by the Greek justice, to promise the protection of them? 
17. Is it true Mrs. Merkel that the German franchises in Greece pay third-parties, by overpricing their products? Was this the reason why ALDI left the Greek market? Are this black money used to buy the “consciences” Greek politicians and journalists?
18. Eventually Mrs. Merkel is true that a government minister of yours summoned, in the spring of 2010 in Berlin, all importers and exporters of the Greek photo-voltaic market and set up a cartel with predetermined prices and distribution of regions throughout the Greek territory?
